This covers askcompassplus.ai, the Compass marketing site. The Compass product itself, which runs inside the Gerald app, is covered by Gerald's privacy policy.

What we collect
Your email address, if you choose to give it to us through the waitlist form. That is the only personal information this site asks for. We do not use advertising cookies and there is no tracking profile built from your visit.
Analytics
We measure page views and waitlist signups using privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics. It tells us how many people visited and how many joined. It does not identify you or follow you to other sites.
Why we use your email
To tell you when Compass opens, and to share occasional news about its progress. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.
Where it is stored
In our email platform, in a workspace kept separate from the Gerald product's customer data, on servers in the United States.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it is clear the waitlist has served its purpose and we retire it.
Getting off the list
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted outright rather than just unsubscribed, email us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Contact us and we will act on it.
